Regulatory Compliance Technology Lead Here are some of the things you can look forward to: Lead and support AI and analytics projects in the Regulatory Compliance area Use advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI to identify and mitigate compliance risks Develop and implement data-driven solutions and models Monitor and improve existing surveillance models Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing Ensure compliance with model governance and regulatory requirements Work closely with global teams and support hiring and talent development You are the right person for the role if you: University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field Strong experience in analytics, AI, and machine learning Good understanding of Regulatory Compliance in Financial Services Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in a matrixed, global organization is a plus Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik)Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) Our Client has a lot to offer: Opportunity for professional development in an international environment and for increasing your abilities and skills in various areas.
