Responsibilities Change & Release Management Support: Assist the team in managing and coordinating end-to-end release activities, including scheduling, planning, and deployment of application updates and patches. Utilize ServiceNow to support the entire release lifecycle, from tracking tasks to ensuring all change approvals and documentation are complete. Ensure that all quarterly/weekly release activities are properly tracked and documented within ServiceNow. Support the creation and maintenance of release schedules, ensuring alignment with development, testing, and business priorities. Monitor release progress within ServiceNow, updating stakeholders on release statuses and handling any issues that may arise during the release cycle. Work with business and technical teams to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies. Test Management Support Assist in defining and managing test plans, test cases, and scripts, ensuring alignment with release cycles and business requirements. Track and document the testing lifecycle, including progress and results. Ensure all test cases and defects are logged and monitored through to resolution. Employ Change Management procedures to document and monitor testing-related issues and defects, ensuring proper management of all defects throughout the testing phase. Help facilitate communication between the testing team, development team, and business users. Provide support in generating test status reports and communicating testing progress to stakeholders. Requirements Experience: 5 years of experience in business analysis, supporting SAP systems and applications with a focus on release and test management. Proven experience in using ServiceNow for managing change requests, release management, and defect tracking in an enterprise environment. Strong understanding of SAP release and test management processes, with experience in coordinating or supporting SAP system updates, patches, and deployments. Experience working with SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) and using ServiceNow to track release and test activities. Experience with Office 365 products is preferred, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Project. Skills: Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including business users, technical teams, and project managers. Problem Solving: Analytical and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify issues in the release or testing process and coordinate resolution. ServiceNow Expertise: Proficient in ServiceNow Change Management, Incident Management, and Release Management modules. Ability to track, monitor, and manage releases and changes using ServiceNow. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Education: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field and/or experience. Experience/Education: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
