What you will do As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Finance Operations Product Group Lead, this role will support value delivery and value realization for OneStream technology products. As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and digital expert in OneStream, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for Kenvue employees. This role will also be responsible for supporting large-scale and high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives across North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, andEurope, Middle East, and Africa regions driving outcomes that matter in our local markets related to OneStream products Key Responsibilities Collaborate with key business partners to identify user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the Squad In partnership with the OneStream Product Owner, maintain deep understanding of the requirements to ensure that the squads backlog priorities are aligned with business needs Support product owner in defining user stories Produce efficient and elegant code base for prioritized enhancements. Apply business process improvement methods for optimization Support testing and deployment of software solution, including automated testing to ensure solution quality Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and continuous process / technology improvements Work closely with support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues / requests routed through Helpdesk or Super users Define OneStream technology Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) with Technology Product Owner Track metrics and build reports to measure progress Actively participate in all squad ceremonies Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, ensure SDLC documentation, system configuration and compliance activities are up to date as required Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology project and product management, engineering, user experience (UX), or a related field Bachelors degree in computer science, finance, IT, engineering, or a related field 1-2 Years Experience deploying / supporting OneStream and understanding of technology trends for OneStream is must Proven knowledge and understanding of standard financial planning processes including Headcount & compensation, operational expense, allocations, management reporting, capital, balance sheet, and cash flow, etc. Deep understanding of business and processeswith a high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams Product and Digital expertise Knowledge of JIRA is preferred Foundational skillsin data engineering, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, and emerging technologyare preferred TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake
