Real Estate Investment Analyst – Hybrid (Madrid, Spain) Please read all the instructions Location: Madrid, Spain Language Requirement: Must speak English About us We are a real estate investment and property management company specializing in short-term rentals, multifamily properties, and hospitality investments. With operations in Medellín, Miami, and Detroit, we focus on acquiring and optimizing properties to maximize returns while delivering exceptional guest and tenant experiences. We are looking for a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team and help evaluate new investment opportunities, perform financial and market analysis, and support decision-making for acquisitions and asset management. Key Responsibilities ✅ Investment Analysis & Underwriting Conduct financial modeling, underwriting, and valuation of real estate investments. Analyze and interpret financial statements, market trends, and investment returns. Assess risk factors and provide investment recommendations. ✅ Market Research & Due Diligence Research real estate markets in Medellín, Miami, and Detroit to identify potential investment opportunities. Conduct property comparables (comps), rental market analysis, and feasibility studies. Evaluate property conditions, zoning regulations, and financial performance. ✅ Deal Structuring & Financial Modeling Develop and analyze pro forma financial statements for potential acquisitions. Assist in structuring and negotiating real estate deals. Work with lenders, investors, and legal teams to finalize transactions. ✅ Portfolio & Asset Management Monitor and analyze the performance of existing real estate assets. Provide reports on financial performance, occupancy rates, and investment returns. Recommend strategies for asset optimization and increased profitability. Requirements & Qualifications ✔ Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. 2 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment underwriting, or asset management. ✔ Skills & Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate valuation, underwriting, and investment principles. Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (experience with Argus, CoStar, or similar tools is a plus). Knowledge of real estate markets in Colombia and the U.S. (especially Miami and Detroit). ✔ Language & Communication: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills and ability to present investment reports and financial data clearly. ✔ Other Considerations: Ability to work hybrid in Medellín (some remote flexibility). Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in hospitality, multifamily, or commercial real estate is a plus.
