Role Overview Were looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Business Intelligence Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive performance for our clients. This is a pivotal role at WBWRperfect for someone whos passionate about turning numbers into strategy, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance digital agency environment. As a BI Analyst, youll be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and presenting key performance metrics across multiple client accounts. Your ability to interpret data trends, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver clear, concise reports will directly contribute to our clients' growth and our agencys strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Analyze marketing and e-commerce data to track and report on KPIs across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify). Build performance reports and dashboards to support client campaigns and internal strategy sessions. Create compelling presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients. Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities that inform media, creative, and CRO strategies. Work closely with marketing, creative, and account teams to provide insight-driven direction. Deliver high-quality reporting on time for weekly, monthly, and quarterly client updates. Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms. Proactively identify ways to improve reporting processes and insight generation. Requirements 23 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or Performance Reporting rolepreferably in a marketing or agency setting. Strong knowledge of key digital platforms: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and Shopify analytics . Proficient in creating visually engaging and insightful presentations using Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides . Highly analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about data context and implications. Confident communicator with strong presentation and storytelling abilities. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis. Experience using dashboard tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus. Familiarity with UTMs, attribution modeling, conversion tracking, and pixel/tag implementations is advantageous. Relevant qualification in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics . Bonus Points If You Have Experience presenting to clients or external stakeholders. Hands-on experience with SQL or other data querying languages. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and CRO reporting. Understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.).
