Job Description
Role: Spraybooth Manager Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape Salary: TBC What youll do: Supervise a team of spray painters and prep workers Plan daily tasks and keep production on schedule Check quality of prep work and finished items Keep tools, stock, and equipment in order Enforce safety and PPE rules What were looking for: Someone firm but fair with strong people skills Good at organising, problem-solving, and leading by example Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines Workshop or spray painting experience is a plus, but not required
