Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the New Vehicle Sales Department to achieve volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns aligned with OEM and dealership goals. Motivate, train, and guide a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed performance targets. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive buying experience. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies. Handle vehicle ordering, stock management, and floor planning. Ensure compliance with all OEM and dealership policies, procedures, and sales standards. Report on department performance, sales metrics, and forecasting. Requirements: Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of new vehicle sales processes, CRM systems, and dealership operations. Valid drivers license and clear criminal record. Female (As requested by customer.)
