Applications Engineer – Food Processing

A dynamic and motivated Applications Engineer is sought to support customers in the food processing industry. This role requires collaboration with sales and engineering teams to create tailored solutions, provide accurate quotations, and generate clear and professional layout drawings. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their food processing needs and system requirements Prepare and deliver accurate quotations for customised technical solutions Create 2D layout drawings using AutoCAD (or similar software) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness of solutions Provide technical expertise to support the sales process Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement Ability to interpret and develop technical drawings and system layouts Experience with quoting or specifying technical solutions is advantageous Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred
