MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 3 5 Years Relevant Experience CompTIA A and CompTIA N Microsoft MCSA/MCSE Additional Networking Certifications would be advantageous KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS Configuring, Troubleshooting and Maintaining the IT Infrastructure (Serves, Switches, Firewalls etc) Configure, Troubleshoot and Maintain End User Devices (Desktop, Laptops, Mobiles etc) Managing Office 365 Users Keep Infrastructure Documentation up to date (Asset Registers, Network Diagram etc) Ensure Backups are Adequate and Running as per Disaster Recovery Plan. Comply with Company Policies and Procedures Good Communication to Stakeholders. Ensure Secure Best Practices and Access Control are followed. Ensure Tickets are Prioritized/Escalated Efficiently and Closed within Scope. Manage 3rd Party Installations. Off Season Task may vary from above Updates om Project/Task Management Platforms are done. End User Cyber Security Awareness Training Procure Stock Needed for Projects and Tasks. On-site accommodation is a requirement for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to reside on the premises and be available to respond to operational needs as required
