Incident Officer

Attending to all reported incidents and opening cases at SAPS immediately upon receiving incident report from client Incident reporting of all crime and related incidents Daily, weekly and monthly reporting Client liaison and professional client relationship; Ongoing liaison with client and SAPS Answer and action all incoming calls; Adhere to all instructions by Management; Must be able to work weekdays, 06h00 – 18h00 Be prepared to be on standby over weekends Sound knowledge of Company’s Disciplinary Procedures; Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:     PSIRA Certification Grade B or higher; Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; Drivers license Sound security knowledge A working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) SAPS experience will be an advantage Knowledge of investigation techniques Must have excellent presentation, verbal communication and report writing skills Knowledge Criminal Procedures Act Ability to operate with confidence under pressure and during emergencies; Good communication skills in English and one other South African language;
