What Youll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with established and new clients across industries. Source, headhunt, and interview top talent in South Africa. Manage the entire recruitment process: job spec to offer negotiation. Create compelling job adverts and manage applicant responses. Consistently meet placement targets and revenue goals. What You Bring: Minimum 25 years experience as a 360° recruiter (agency-based preferred). Excellent communication and business development skills. Strong sourcing skills Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, etc. Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. Resilient, resourceful, and results-driven.
