IT Monitoring Engineer Job Description - Production Engineer & Support - Lausanne - 6-month contract Experis IT Geneva is recruiting for one of its clients in Lausanne a Production Engineer & Support for a 6-month contract. You will work in a demanding banking environment with key responsibilities in production environment management and incident resolution. Your Responsibilities: Plan batch jobs for all environments (SIMULATION, UAT, PRODUCTION) Monitor application and infrastructure performance Resolve technical incidents and collaborate with development teams to identify root causes Document incidents and participate in post-incident reviews Participate in change management, releases, migrations, and cross-functional projects (offboarding, implementation of new tools, etc.) Train and assist operations teams Automate recurring tasks (scripting, import/export of TWS plans, backups, cleanups, tool upgrades) Your Profile: Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent) 3 to 7 years of experience in IT systems support and maintenance Solid experience in batch chain planning and task automation Proficient with Unix/Linux/Windows environments and scheduling tools (TWS or equivalent) Experience in incident management and scripting (Shell, etc.) Ability to work under pressure and manage crises Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills We Offer: A stimulating environment within a renowned banking institution A rewarding 6-month assignment with possible extensions Personalised support throughout the recruitment process Interested?
