The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for the development team. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs. Translate business requirements into clear, testable user stories in Jira. Document functional specifications and contribute to documentation in Confluence. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Provide ongoing support to the development team throughout sprints. Perform structured functional testing and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria. Identify, track, and follow up on functional issues. Ensure compliance with banking standards and security requirements. Profile Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, ideally in private banking. Solid understanding of digital banking environments, particularly web and mobile applications. Proficient in Jira and Confluence. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and practices. Familiarity with functional testing tools such as XRAY and Postman. Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
