Automotive Parts Sales Executive - Tzaneen

Duties: Accurately sell parts Commercial (Trucks) and Passenger - to address defects and meet customer needs on the first attempt. Ensure initial quotations are precise. Extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts Carefully listen to customer descriptions to clearly understand the part or component location. Handle telephonic queries for the Sales Department as needed. Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and a willingness to learn more about the products. Help maintain a clean and organized parts department. Record all parts used on the job card. Follow established procedures for processing cash, credit, and cheque transactions, as well as handling warranties and returns at the parts counter. Monitor and report shortages to the Parts Manager to expedite resolution. Verify that the correct items are picked and delivered on the first attempt. Accurately handle and record all consumables. Contribute to departmental and dealership marketing plans as needed. Implement company policies to protect stores from fire, damage, or theft. Adhere to discount policies and ensure compliance. Verify full valuation for items returned for credit.
