Debtors Clerk

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 with Accounting or Mathematics 3 years experience in a similar Debtors Clerk role Proficiency on Pastel (essential) Experience working with wholesale accounts is a strong advantage Strong administrative, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills Valid drivers license and own vehicle (essential) Key Responsibilities: Full debtors function: invoicing, reconciliations, and following up on outstanding accounts Managing accounts for wholesale clientsensuring timely collections and resolving queries Processing credit notes and managing customer statements Monitoring credit limits and payment terms Compiling debtor age analysis reports for management Maintaining accurate financial records in Pastel Liaising with the sales and dispatch departments regarding deliveries and account queries Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
