Food & Beverage Manager

This position calls for a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined, nature-based setting. Candidate Responsibilities: Manage daily F&B operations across dining, bar, and events Ensure consistent delivery of 5-star service standards Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team Collaborate with the kitchen team to align service with culinary excellence Monitor stock, control costs, and maintain inventory levels Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations Maintain supplier relationships and support procurement Candidate Requirements: 35 years experience in a similar role within a 5-star lodge or luxury hospitality environment Strong leadership and team management abilities Deep knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and premium bar operations Excellent communication and guest engagement skills Solid administrative and stock management skills Comfortable working in a remote, bush-based setting This is a live-in position.
