End User Computing (EUC) Engineer I

Key Responsibilities Deliver small code features, system components or platforms. Ensure quality delivery of features and systems. Creates and improves internal libraries and tools. Partners with team-specific stakeholders to mitigate risk within the team and with external associates. Participates in production support situations. Improves knowledge and understanding of core concepts. Communicates effectively both verbally and written with various business partners. Requirements 3 years of relevant professional experience with a bachelors or associate degree, OR equivalent Experience with Microsoft 365 capabilities: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Loop, etc. Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for AV-related issues, including video conferencing, audio, and display systems Familiarity with Windows, MacOS and Android/iOS operating system platforms Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Experience working in an end-user computing environment Experience with installing and configuring AV equipment such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, TVs, Microphones, Speakers, etc. Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Proficiency in PowerShell Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Miro, Box, Google Suite Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously About Best Buy Best Buy India is a vibrant hub of tech talent, where we're driving innovation and accelerated business outcomes for Best Buy, our customers, employees and partners every day.
