Job Description

Welcome and assist walk-in clients, establish rapport, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection and purchase process. Present and demonstrate new vehicle models confidently and professionally, highlighting features, specifications, and benefits to match customer needs. Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and dealership walk-ins to build a strong pipeline. Negotiate pricing, finance options, and trade-in values with customers while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork, including sales agreements, finance documents, and registration details, ensuring compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements. Maintain ongoing contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, secure repeat business, and generate referrals. Ensure timely and professional delivery of sold vehicles, including vehicle preparation, handover, and explanation of features. Stay up to date on vehicle specifications, pricing, competitor offerings, and market trends to effectively position inventory. Collaborate with management and the sales team to ensure appropriate stock levels and assist in arranging vehicle displays and showroom presentation.
