HR Generalist

Minimum requirements: 3-5 years experience with in an HR Officer role A qualification in HR is advantageous Experience with Ms Excel and Pastel Payroll Handle employee disputes and grievances Manage and maintain employee data and HR records Calculating salaries and wages (Payroll) for up to 130 employees Must have knowledge with labor laws and tax laws Implementing HR policies and procedures Dealing with onboarding and offboarding of staff Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt easily Consultant: Timiyah de Goede - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
