Senior GL & Reporting Accountant As a Senior GL & Reporting Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate general ledger accounting and group financial reporting. You will work in a dynamic environment using SAP S/4HANA and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), supporting both operational and group-level requirements, including complex transactions and compliance with US GAAP. Responsibilities: Take full ownership of US GAAP group reporting requirements, support data analysis, and assist other users. Prepare Group Tax Reporting and support quarter-end close processes, including accounting compliance and audit requirements. Own General Ledger accounting, including payroll postings, and lead the monthly and quarterly close process with clear communication and strict timelines. Coordinate with the GBS Controller to identify and integrate new reporting requirements into financial processes and systems. Support preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting by reviewing and validating data accuracy. Design, implement, and maintain internal controls and processes that comply with Group policies and standards. Maintain proper audit trails, prepare and update SOPs, Provide detailed reports, presentations, and analysis to management to support decision-making and business insight. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4 years of experience in general ledger accounting and group reporting, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles and experience applying them in practice. Proven experience with HFM and SAP S/4HANA for ledger accounting. Ability to prepare and analyze tax reporting and deferred tax concepts. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting audit processes and working with external auditors is a plus.
