Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Drywall to oversee and manage complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, demonstrating expertise in drywall installation and acoustics while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage drywall and acoustics projects from inception to completion Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates and financial forecasts. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring effective communication among all parties involved Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred) 5 years commercial project management experience Strong knowledge of commercial drywall, acoustics, interior finishes & metal stud framing Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and tools PMP cert (preferred) Benefits Salary $110-130k base Medical, Dental, Vision 401k w/ match Annual bonus PTO Holiday pay Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
