Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney to join our legal team, specializing in Workers Compensation defense cases. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and representation to clients in Workers Compensation cases Conduct thorough case investigations and gather evidence to support clients' claims Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions and motions Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and represent them in hearings or trials as necessary Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies Prepare for and attend depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active California State Bar license Minimum 1 year of experience in Workers Compensation law Strong analytical and research skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in depositions, and trial work is a plus Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
