Job Description

Requirements: Matric plus a Diploma or Tertiary Qualification related to Admin or Payroll 5 years min experience in Payroll Administration, specifically Time and Attendance. Exposure to running payroll in an industrial environment like Mining or Manufacturing or related Experience with Payroll /Time and Attendance systems Strong office and HR Admin skills Experience in: Compiling and drawing relevant time & attendance reports; identifying deviations Performing internal time & attendance audits on overtime, unpaid leave, late arrivals, etc. Advising employees with time related matters, i.e., maternity leave & sick leave. Responding to employee requests for individual timekeeping reports; provide detailed documentation to employees regarding necessary corrections. Systems logging & testing of changes or improvements to the time and attendance processes & systems. Booking medicals Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the Payroll Officers by correcting time related errors and monitor the % of uncleared messages before payroll closure. How to apply:
