Senior User Experience Designer - Figma

Key Responsibilities : - Design intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications using Figma. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders) to translate business requirements and user feedback into effective design solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to demonstrate user flows and design concepts. - Develop responsive designs that are visually appealing and functional across different screen sizes and devices. - Leverage HTML and CSS knowledge to ensure design feasibility and close collaboration with developers during implementation. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design concepts. - Maintain design consistency by following design systems and best practices across all platforms. - Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and provide a cohesive user experience. - Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry standards to deliver innovative and modern designs. Required Skills And Qualifications : - Proven experience as a UX Designer with a portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating user-centered designs. - Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces. - Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to collaborate effectively with front-end developers. - Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and other visual design assets. - Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards. - Ability to create and implement design systems to maintain consistency across applications. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing. - Familiarity with responsive web design and the ability to design for multiple screen sizes and devices.
