Senior UI/UX Designer - Adobe XD

Roles and Responsibilities : - Conceptualize and design modern, user-centered solutions aligned with brand standards and accessibility guidelines. - Develop and evolve responsive designs for Gallagher's digital properties, including customer-facing websites and internal portals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally including UX researchers, developers, content strategists, and product managers. - Create and maintain scalable design systems using Figma. - Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports. - Present and communicate design ideas, rationale, and user insights to stakeholders and project teams. - Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics. - Define UX requirements and support development teams through implementation. - Create user flows, journey maps, and other UX documentation as needed. - Stay up-to-date with design trends, accessibility standards (WCAG AA), and emerging tools. - Participate in global design reviews and sprint planning meetings. - Support continuous improvement of design operations and processes. Skills and Qualifications Required : - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. - 5 years of experience designing digital experiences (preferably B2B) and transforming brand interfaces. - Proven expertise in Figma, with a strong design portfolio showcasing responsive websites and product interfaces. - Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Marvel. - Strong foundation in design systems, UI libraries, and accessibility-compliant design. - Experience with tools like Lookback, Usertesting.com, UsabilityHub, or Optimal Workshop for user research and testing. - Excellent understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Ability to work in an agile team setup and manage multiple projects across time zones. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Certification in Human-Centered Design, UX Strategy, or Design Thinking is highly to Have : - Experience designing within Sitecore or similar CMS platforms. - Global/multilingual product design experience. - Familiarity with data visualization and translating complex concepts into intuitive designs. - Agile/Lean UX methodology certifications or training.
