Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Artificial Intelligence

Job Description : We are looking for Engineers and Architects who are passionate about leveraging Generative AI and advanced ML techniques to solve complex, real-world problems. As a Senior Cloud AI/ML Architect, you will work at the intersection of innovation and impact - collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to design, evangelize, and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with AWS Account Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to identify and define high-impact AI/ML use cases. - Design, prototype, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that address unique business challenges. - Conduct customer workshops and deliver compelling demos to both technical and business audiences. - Translate business problems into scalable AI/ML architectures using AWS and open-source technologies. - Develop reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and share best practices across teams. - Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and incorporate them into solution designs. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and technical Technical Qualifications : - 10 years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting across software, infrastructure, or cloud platforms. - Deep expertise in AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Rekognition). - Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, or equivalent. - Proficient with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn. - Solid understanding of Serverless, Database, Analytics, and Cloud Security architecture. - Experience applying machine learning models in a performance- and cost-optimized manner. - Demonstrated ability to work in diverse environments including enterprises and startups. - Portfolio of successful AI/ML implementations, particularly in Generative AI and LLMs. Preferred Soft Skills : - Collaboration: Effective in working with cross-functional teams and customers to drive outcomes. - Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences clearly. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a creative approach to solving novel problems. - Adaptability: Keen interest in continuous learning and applying emerging AI technologies. - Leadership: Proven experience mentoring teams and promoting innovation and best (Preferred but not mandatory) : - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate / Professional - AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty - AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty - AWS Certified AI Practitioner - AWS Certified Developer - Associate - AWS Certified Database - Specialty - AWS Certified Security - Specialty (ref:hirist.tech)
