Solution Architect - .Net/AngularJS

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team at RMI. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned product architect with a deep understanding of high-volume application development, solution design, and enterprise architecture. This role demands a customer-centric mindset, a high level of ownership, and the ability to communicate architectural strategies effectively to both technical teams and enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities : - Architect and design high-data-volume applications and enterprise-grade solutions. - Lead end-to-end product development from conceptualization to deployment and support. - Apply sound architectural thinking to address non-functional requirements including security, performance, availability, and scalability. - Collaborate with global/virtual teams, offering strategic and technical leadership. - Design and review UML diagrams (class, object, sequence, activity, package, collaboration) and use cases. - Stay current with technology trends, especially within the insurance technology domain. - Contribute to technology strategy, tool selection, and best practices in architecture and development. - Communicate architecture principles and product highlights to internal stakeholders and enterprise clients. - Oversee and guide database modeling, UI/UX design considerations, and integration strategies. - Drive the adoption of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue) and Web 2.0 specifications. - Promote cloud-native application design and deployment strategies across platforms. Skills and Qualifications Required : - 15 years of experience in software/application architecture. - Proven experience in designing high-data-volume applications. - Strong background in .NET development and modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue). - Expertise in UML, software design patterns, and architecture modeling tools. - Knowledge of UI/UX trends and Web 2.0 standards. - Proficiency in database modeling SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with NoSQL databases. - Experience with cloud deployment and cloud-native application development. - Deep understanding of design methodologies and aligning architecture with business functions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a high-demand environment.
