Job Profile : Technical Business Analyst Location : Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Role Overview : We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Noida. You will play a key role in understanding, documenting, and translating business needs into technical requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders from various business units and technical teams, driving process optimization, and ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities : - Participate in ongoing reviews of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop effective optimization strategies leveraging technology. - Actively participate in meetings and presentations with stakeholders to share insights, findings, and proposed solutions. - Perform comprehensive requirements analysis, eliciting both functional and non-functional requirements through various techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys). - Document and clearly communicate the results of your analysis efforts, including business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models. - Effectively communicate your technical insights and proposed plans to cross-functional team members (developers, testers, architects) and management in a clear and concise manner. - Gather critical information from meetings and discussions with diverse stakeholders and synthesize this information into useful, actionable reports and documentation. - Work closely with clients, technical teams, and managerial staff to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations. - Ensure that proposed and implemented technology solutions effectively meet identified business needs and requirements. - Plan, coordinate, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and user expectations. - Contribute to the updating, implementation, and maintenance of relevant procedures and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Prioritize initiatives based on a thorough understanding of business needs, strategic alignment, and potential impact. - Serve as a critical liaison between various business stakeholders and the technical teams, facilitating clear understanding and effective collaboration. - Proactively monitor project progress and contribute to ensuring the timely completion of projects. Technical Skills : - Experience with tools for capturing, organizing, and managing requirements (Jira with Confluence, Azure DevOps). - Proficiency in using tools for creating process flow diagrams (Visio). - Ability to analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation. - Familiarity with API concepts (REST, SOAP) and how they facilitate system integration. - Solid understanding of different Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). - Familiarity with different types of testing (functional, non-functional, integration, UAT) and the QA process. - Ability to create conceptual and logical data models to represent data structures and relationships. - Proven ability to create clear and concise technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Business Analyst Requirements : - A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components. - The ability to effectively influence stakeholders and work collaboratively with them to determine acceptable and feasible solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities. - Proven experience creating detailed reports and delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences. - Strong competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel (including data analysis functions), and Outlook. - A track record of consistently following through on commitments and delivering results. - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
