Responsibilities : - Lead client engagements, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. - Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and technical landscapes through in-depth analysis and discussions. - Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new clients. - Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and statements of work. - Present solutions and recommendations to client stakeholders at various levels. - Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations. - Evaluate technology solutions and their alignment with business goals. - Assist in the development of digital transformation strategies. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. - Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed initiatives. - Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients and internal teams. - Design and architect technology solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. - Evaluate different technology platforms and vendors. - Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Manage consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. - Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. - Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients and internal teams. - Ensure proper documentation of solutions and processes. - Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and business methodologies. - Contribute to the development of internal knowledge assets and best practices. - Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - 7-12 years of professional experience in a consulting role, with a demonstrable track record of delivering successful business and technology solutions. - Strong understanding of business strategy, process optimization, and technology implementation. - Proven ability to analyze complex business and technical challenges and develop innovative solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels. - Solid project management skills and experience managing project teams. - Technical proficiency in following areas, Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Analytics, CRM/ERP systems, Software Development Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)]. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative Points For : - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, cloud certifications). - Experience with specific business analysis or enterprise architecture frameworks. - Prior experience in a client-facing role within a consulting firm (ref:hirist.tech)
