Job Description
About the Role We are looking for an experienced and visionary AVP Digital Initiatives to lead our digital transformation journey. This senior leadership role will be pivotal in crafting and executing a forward-thinking digital workplace strategy, modernizing core applications, and elevating the digital dexterity of our workforce. The incumbent will report to the Group Head IT, Infosec & Digital Initiatives and serve as the champion for digital employee experience across the organization. Roles and Responsibilities - Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives across applications and business processes. - Drive adoption of emerging technologies like AI, ML, AR/VR, immersive solutions, ERP, HRMS, and workplace automation tools. - Collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, and business stakeholders to align digital initiatives with strategic goals. - Build and lead the digital initiatives roadmap and ensure stakeholder buy-in and alignment. - Promote a culture of digital dexterity and lead change management initiatives across teams. - Establish governance structures, steering committees, and champions networks to support adoption. - Monitor digital maturity and business impact using tools like DEX, DEM, and APM. - Ensure information security and compliance for all digital applications in coordination with IT and Infosec. - Manage and negotiate with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and performance of technology partners. Skills and Qualifications Required - Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities. - Proven experience in driving enterprise-level digital transformation programs. - Deep understanding of digital tools including ERP, HRMS, LMS, analytics, and modern collaboration platforms. - Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment. - Strong communication and change management skills. - Hands-on experience with organizational change management frameworks and digital adoption strategies. - High digital dexterity and adaptability to evolving technologies. - Excellent problem-solving, vendor negotiation, and governance capabilities. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on employee experience and business outcomes (ref:hirist.tech)
