Icertis Functional Consultant - CLM Module

Key Responsibilities : - Analyze business requirements and design solutions using the Icertis platform to meet client needs. - Lead client workshops and requirement gathering sessions to document business processes and define system configurations. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Icertis modules accordingly. - Ensure that system configurations and customizations adhere to best practices and meet industry standards. - Configure Icertis CLM modules such as contract creation, approval workflows, clause library management, and analytics. - Work with the technical team to design, configure, and implement custom workflows, approval rules, notifications, and document generation. - Ensure proper integration of Icertis with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, document management systems) through APIs, connectors, and middleware. - Lead or support the migration of legacy contract data into Icertis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the systems structure. - Collaborate with clients and data teams to map legacy data to Icertis data models, perform data validation, and manage data cleansing efforts. - Develop strategies for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes while maintaining data integrity. - Lead functional testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system accuracy and quality. - Prepare and review test cases, validate results, and work with development teams to resolve any defects or issues. - Provide training to client users on Icertis functionality and best practices, helping them leverage the system effectively. - Develop user guides, documentation, and knowledge base articles to ensure successful user adoption. - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting clients in optimizing their Icertis implementation. - Act as the primary liaison between the client and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of solutions. - Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary to maintain project timelines and deliverables. Required Skills and Qualifications : Experience : - 4 years of hands-on experience implementing Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, including system configuration, customization, and integration. - Proven experience in legacy system migration, particularly contract data migration to Icertis. - Strong understanding of contract management processes, including contract lifecycle, approval workflows, and compliance management. Technical Skills : - Expertise in Icertis platform features, including but not limited to: - Contract creation and approval workflows - Clause library management and contract templates - Document generation and contract management dashboards - Experience in integrating Icertis with third-party systems, such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM (e.g., - Salesforce), and document management systems. - Familiarity with web services and APIs for integration. - Hands-on experience with Icertis' reporting and analytics tools, including dashboards, KPIs, and contract analytics. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to dynamic client requirements. - Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and meetings effectively. - Icertis Certified Professional (ICP) or other relevant certifications in contract lifecycle management. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Agile project methodologies. - Experience in contract compliance, procurement, or legal operations would be a plus. - Experience working in global or multi-country Icertis implementations. - Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to addressing client needs and overcoming challenges (ref:hirist.tech)
