Food Safety QA Manager

Conduct internal audits on systems: FSSC2200 and IP Handling. Report writing and effective corrective action. Feedback to management At least 5 years experience in this environment with tertiary qualification. External audits by customers and certification bodies are successful to achieve certification and supplier approval. Ensure world class hygiene practices as per ISO22002 Management of the Lab, i.e. efficiency of lab equipment, monitoring of quality, record keeping, statistics etc Responsible for Quality and daily product review and reporting Sample Analysis at External and Internal labs and the assessment of COAs with trend analysis Liaise with customers on Complaints, do root cause analysis, identify Corrective and Preventive actions, follow up on effectiveness and draw up graphs
