Job Description
Purchasing Coordinator for a busy Buying department - Finished Goods, Engineering and some raw material Duties and Responsibilities: Matric qualification. A certificate or Diploma in Business Administration is highly advantageous. 3-5 years administrative experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally involving international suppliers. Experience purchasing finished goods, not raw materials. Familiarity with import processes and supplier comms across time zones. Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and task ownership. Strong Excel and MS Office skills; Syspro or similar ERP is a plus. Confident communicator with internal teams (Sales, QC, Logistics) and external partners. Syspro experience is a bonus.
