Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee property letting and lease administration Maintain accurate financial records and tenant accounts Prepare and analyse monthly property reports Collaborate with property managers to resolve queries efficiently Ensure compliance with VAT laws and manage SARS e-Filing Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) essential Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial / industrial property management and letting essential Proficient in ERP Accounting systems (especially Sage 300) Sound knowledge of VAT laws and e-Filing Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities Capable of prioritising workload and meeting deadlines Effective communicator and a collaborative team player
