Technical Leader – Mechanical Design Research & Development

Your responsibilities Upon joining our team of passionate aerospace experts, you will be responsible for both formal management of the team, development of the business/responsibilities within the newly created Research & Development Center as well as ensuring technical support and growth of the competences within the team. You will participate in creation of R&D Center strategy that includes, but is not limited to, Software, Hardware, Quality Management System, Financial processes, Roadmap for undertaking new responsibilities, Knowledge Capitalization System.
