OT/IT Operations Engineer

Our client (energy provider, oil & gas) is looking for an experienced IT/OT Specialist for offshore wind operation and maintenance of all OT/IT local systems. Your responsibilities Ensure safety compliance with company policies and industry regulations Monitor SCADA and IT systems, addressing issues promptly Coordinate IT system usage and implement best practices Manage cybersecurity aspects of offshore wind farms' IT and OT systems Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems, diagnose issues Document inspections, maintenance activities, troubleshooting processes Deliver technical integrity, operational support for telecoms, network on renewable assets What we offer Rock solid stability of a company established in 1966 in Germany with more than 120 branches Reputable international customers offering projects not available in Poland before Great working atmosphere with a close-knit team of friendly people Team-building events Attractive offices in convenient city locations, modern software and hardware at your disposal Medicover card Multisport / Multilife card (access to personal trainers, dieticians and therapists) Your profile Bachelor's degree in Automation or IT or similar subject 3-5 years' experience in a similar role required Experience with Industrial Automation Control Systems including SCADA equipment essential Knowledge of Cyber Security, Network protocols; Telecommunications systems desirable Fluency in written/verbal English and Polish required You are based in the North of Poland as the job is based in Łeba with 1 day of home office Is what we offer a perfect fit for you?
