Job Description Leadership & Solutioning : - Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for enterprise applications, mobile apps, and AI-driven systems. - Conduct technical feasibility analysis and estimation for new features, products, and proposals. - Define technical roadmaps and best practices for development, deployment, and security. - Guide teams in adopting modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps Development & Technical Oversight : - Oversee the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications, with deep expertise in web or Mobile & Project Management : - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and DevOps professionals. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. - Manage project execution following Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies to ensure timely deliveries. - Define and track KPIs for performance, quality, and security across development & Communication Management : - Act as a technical advisor to business leaders, clients, and project stakeholders. - Effectively translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring feasibility and scalability. - Communicate technical concepts and project status clearly to non-technical (ref:hirist.tech)
