Responsibilities : - Well versed with different ServiceNow products - Hands-on experience with Incident Management, ITSM, Service Catalog & Asset Management product - Nice to have experience in HR applications - Hands-on experience on Script Includes, Business Rules & Client scripts - Excellent communication skills , verbal & written are truly essential - Demonstrated experience working with business partners to interpret requirements - Experience working in Agile mode and working with remotely located teams. - Great interpersonal skills, result driven & Go getter attitude is highly desirable Preferred Qualifications : - Hands-on experience with web UI development technologies that include JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX is preferred - Experience working with relational databases, good SQL skills - Good understanding and background in TCP/IP, IT security, and single sign-on technologies - System integration experience using web services (SOAP, REST) is must - Experience in building Service portals using Angular is a plus.
