We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our dynamic and growing team. The Opportunity : We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented SAP SF ECP Consultant with a strong background in SAP Payroll, specifically with expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for the Saudi Arabian market. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team and diverse clients. You will be instrumental in implementing, supporting, and optimizing complex payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business requirements. Key Responsibilities : - Lead or participate in full life-cycle implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), from blueprinting to go-live and post-production support. - Provide expert-level support for existing SAP ECP instances, troubleshooting complex payroll issues, and ensuring seamless payroll operations. - Apply deep functional and technical understanding of Saudi Arabia payroll rules and regulations, including but not limited to : 1. GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) calculations and reporting. 2. WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance and reporting. 3. EOSB (End of Service Benefits) calculations and processing. 4. Understanding of income tax regulations (if applicable) in Saudi Arabia. - Design, configure, and troubleshoot integrations between SAP Employee Central (EC) and ECP using Point-to-Point (P2P) replication or middleware platforms such as Boomi or CPI (Cloud Platform Integration). - Demonstrate a strong command of core SAP Payroll functionalities, including the configuration of schemas, PCRs (Payroll Calculation Rules), wage types, and relevant configuration tables. - Exhibit excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC) setup, configuration, and monitoring to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency. - Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage project timelines effectively. - Possess the ability to deliver high-quality solutions and manage expectations under pressure. - Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and test scripts. - Utilize strong communication and client-facing skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements : Work Experience : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll. ECP Specific Experience : At least 3 years of direct, hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation and/or Expertise : Proven implementation or support experience specifically with Saudi Arabia Acumen : - Deep understanding of SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and configuration tables. - Expertise in integrating SAP EC and ECP using P2P or middleware (Boomi/CPI). - Proficiency in Payroll Control Center (PCC) setup and Knowledge : Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi payroll statutory requirements including GOSI, WPS, EOSB, and leave Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - Proven ability to manage project timelines and perform under pressure. - Strong client-facing and stakeholder management (Preferred) : SAP Certification in Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll.
