Python Developer - Backend System

We're looking for a seasoned software engineer with deep expertise in Python and hands-on experience deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments. This is an individual contributor (IC) position focused on building scalable backend systems and managing LLM-driven workflows. Responsibilities : - Develop and deploy high-quality APIs and backend services using Python. - Architect and maintain systems powered by LLMs, including orchestration with tools like LangChain or LangGraph. - Seamlessly integrate LLM functionalities into production-level backend systems. - Partner with cross-functional teams to build reliable, maintainable solutions. Requirements : - Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering, with a strong backend emphasis. - Expert-level proficiency in Python. - Hands-on experience working with LLM integration, such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent frameworks, or LLM orchestration libraries (e. g., LangChain, LangGraph). - A background in machine learning or MLOps is a strong advantage. - Solid grasp of system design, cloud deployment, and production-ready architecture.
