About the Role

Are you a licensed RVT or experienced Veterinary Assistant looking for a leadership opportunity? We’re hiring a Clinical Lead to support our Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Integrative Medicine departments at SAGE Concord. In this role, you’ll lead a team of RVTs and Assistants while working closely with specialists to provide the highest standard of care.

What You’ll Do

Manage and support a team of RVTs and Veterinary Assistants
Maintain excellence in patient care, workflow, and communication
Mentor and develop technicians through training and performance feedback
Participate in diagnostics, treatments, and integrative therapies
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments

Qualifications

Required: 5+ years of recent veterinary clinical experience
Preferred: Active CA-RVT license
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others
Experience with anesthesia monitoring, CRIs, drug dosing, and estimates
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Perks

Pay Range: $37 – $45/hour (DOE)
