Solutions Architect - Tech Lead

What you'll do Design robust enterprise, solution, and application architectures Build end-to-end systems across APIs, microservices, and integrations Drive cloud-first strategies in AWS, Azure, or GCP (bonus if youve danced in hybrid/multi-cloud) Lead by code: hands-on with Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Node.js Shape DevOps culture: CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC with Terraform or Ansible Keep it secure: IAM, encryption, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and POPIA for local flavour) Manage observability with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack Power data-driven decisions with SQL/NoSQL, data lakes, and solid ETL flow What you'll need 5 years of experience across software development, systems engineering, or cloud architecture Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, and integration patterns Strong grounding in security best practices and relevant compliance laws Confident communication and stakeholder wrangling skills Proven Agile/Scrum experience and ability to lead in a sprint Certifications worth flaunting Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) DevOps-related qualifications (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD) Security certifications always earn brownie points
