MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

We are looking for an experienced and driven MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across the full stack Node.js, React.js, NestJS, and databases (SQL/NoSQL) and be comfortable working on both frontend and backend development. Exposure to React Native and leadership capabilities will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, NestJS, and React.js. - Work with SQL or NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and access. - Build responsive, dynamic UI components using React along with LESS/SASS for styling. - (Optional) Contribute to mobile application development using React Native and LESS/SASS. - Collaborate on architecture, design decisions, and project planning with the team. - Utilize JavaScript and TypeScript for both client and server-side logic. - Leverage cloud platforms (preferably AWS) for deployment and scaling. - Understand and apply concepts of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure. - Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and project retrospectives. Requirements : - 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on the MERN stack. - Solid experience in Node.js, NestJS, React, and TypeScript. - Proficiency in working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL). - Hands-on experience with LESS/SASS for frontend styling. - Good understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and integration of third-party libraries. - Familiarity with cloud services (preferably AWS) and DevOps/CI-CD practices. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. - Ability to lead and manage a team of developers effectively. Nice to Have : - Experience building mobile applications using React Native. - Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
