ServiceNow Migration Architect Locations : Pune & Hyderabad Experience : 4- 5 years in ServiceNow What You'll Do : Solution Design & Implementation : - Architect and implement scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions across various modules including Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and custom applications, ensuring alignment with client business objectives. Data Migration & Onboarding Leadership : - Lead and execute comprehensive data migration and onboarding strategies from diverse legacy systems and SaaS platforms to ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and minimal disruption. Strategic Platform Guidance : - Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders (including clients, business analysts, and technical teams) to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance on the ServiceNow platform capabilities, roadmap, and best practices. Project Delivery & Management : - Drive project timelines, effectively manage deliverables, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful and on-time implementations of ServiceNow migration projects. Workflow & Integration Development : - Design, develop, and implement complex workflows, integrations with external systems (using REST, SOAP, and MID Server), and automate processes utilizing ServiceNow's Flow Designer. Architecture Standards & Governance : - Define and enforce ServiceNow architecture standards, governance policies, CI/CD pipelines, and development best practices to ensure platform stability, maintainability, and scalability. Team Mentorship & Technical Excellence : - Mentor development teams, conduct thorough code reviews, and champion technical excellence within the ServiceNow practice. Innovation & Community Engagement : - Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow innovations, new features, and platform updates. - Actively engage with the ServiceNow community to share knowledge and learn from industry peers. You Bring: Deep ServiceNow Expertise : - Possess a strong and demonstrable understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, security framework, and development This includes proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (GlideScript, JavaScript), integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server), and a solid grasp of CSM and CMDB fundamentals. ITIL & Enterprise IT Architecture Acumen : - Exhibit a strong grasp of ITIL frameworks and their application within Possess a solid understanding of cloud computing principles and enterprise IT architecture concepts. Project Management Skills : - Demonstrated project management skills with a proven ability to drive projects to successful completion through milestone-driven execution, effective communication, and proactive risk management. Telco/Order Management Advantage : - Prior experience working within the Telecommunications (Telco) industry or with Order Management processes and systems is a definite plus.
