Hubspot & Salesforce Automation Specialist

Job Description : We are looking for a skilled HubSpot & Salesforce Automation Specialist to drive our marketing and sales operations through advanced CRM and automation strategies. This role is crucial in managing system integrations, creating efficient workflows, and supporting teams in aligning technology with business goals. Youll serve as the go-to expert for HubSpot and Salesforce integrations and campaign execution. Roles and Responsibilities : - Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools. - Design, implement, and manage workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and campaign automations. - Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analytics. - Manage and troubleshoot API integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce. - Ensure accurate data synchronization and integrity across platforms. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align automation processes with strategic goals. - Support Pardot integration if applicable, enhancing campaign effectiveness. - Provide training and documentation on HubSpot and Salesforce functionalities. - Resolve technical issues and maintain system performance and scalability. - Lead or assist in data clean-up, enrichment, and migration initiatives. - Stay informed on emerging trends, best practices, and platform updates. Skills and Qualifications Required : - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or relevant certifications). - 5 years of experience managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platforms. - 6 years of experience with Salesforce, including REST and Bulk APIs, workflows, data validation, Visualforce, Apex, SOQL/SOSL. - Strong proficiency in automation, integration, and CRM data management. - Experience with tools like Pardot, if applicable. - HubSpot and Salesforce certifications (preferred). - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills. - Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Excel (Advanced), and other project collaboration platforms (ref:hirist.tech)
