Job Description

Responsibilities : - Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders (including finance, risk, compliance teams) to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for OFSAA-related projects and enhancements. - Analyze data, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of OFSAA tables, to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions and solution design. - Develop and document comprehensive business process models (AS-IS and TO-BE) to illustrate current and future states for OFSAA implementations or optimizations. - Propose, design, and document functional and process-oriented solutions that effectively meet business needs and objectives within the OFSAA framework. - Work closely with IT development teams, OFSAA technical teams, and other relevant departments to ensure the successful implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. - Clearly and effectively communicate findings, solution recommendations, and project updates to various stakeholders and executive leadership. - Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, and solution designs related to OFSAA. - Actively participate in the testing and validation of new systems, OFSAA configurations, reports, and processes to ensure they accurately meet documented business requirements. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within OFSAA-related operations and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. Required Skills & Experience : - Mandatory : Proven experience and strong understanding of OFSAA tables and data structures. - Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry (banking, insurance, etc.). - Strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. - Proficiency in data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Experience in developing and documenting business process models and workflows. - Ability to conceptualize, propose, and design effective technical and process-oriented solutions. - Experience working in liaison with IT and other departments to facilitate the implementation of business solutions. - Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Expertise in creating detailed and clear documentation (business requirements, processes, solutions). - Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating new systems/processes against business requirements. - A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
