UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

UX Designer III Key Responsibilities : - Drive end-to-end UX strategy, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms. - Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Develop and refine user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and interaction models. - Utilize data-driven insights (qualitative & quantitative) and behavioral analytics to optimize product usability. - Identify pain points and recommend UX improvements aligned with business and user goals. - Work on design concepts from sketches to low & high-fidelity wireframes. - Define and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines for consistency across products. - Ensure designs follow responsive and adaptive design principles. - Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation. - Leverage motion design and micro-interactions to enhance usability and engagement. - Lead design reviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to align stakeholders on product vision and strategy. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering skill development and career growth. - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to align on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. - Advocate for design thinking and user-centered methodologies, ensuring a customerfirst approach. - Establish and refine design workflows, tools, and best practices for efficiency. - Stay ahead of emerging design trends, AI-driven UX solutions, and industry innovations. - Champion accessibility (WCAG compliance), usability, and inclusive design principles. - Implement A/B testing, heatmaps, and usability analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.) to measure and optimize design : - Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communication Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Design, or Human-Computer Interaction. - Experience : 6-10 years in UX/UI design or product design. - Expertise in Figma, Miro, Loom, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools. - Proven track record of designing end-to-end digital products from research to final UI. - Strong understanding of UX methodologies, usability principles, user psychology, and accessibility standards (WCAG). - Experience in building and maintaining design systems, component-based design, and atomic design principles. - Strong ability to communicate design decisions, present to stakeholders, and articulate design rationale. - Experience collaborating with agile development teams, understanding workflows, and working in sprints. - Portfolio showcasing real-world UX/UI projects, including research insights, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. - Ability to conduct design audits and ensure design consistency across products. Nice-to-Have Skills : - Experience with UX Writing & Microcopy to improve content clarity and engagement. - Background in Behavioral Psychology & Cognitive Science to enhance user engagement.
