MS Dynamics 365 Integration Lead

Job Title : We are looking for an experienced and strategic D365 Integration Lead to manage and oversee the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems. This role is critical for ensuring seamless data flow across business platforms and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of D365 (F&O, CE, or BC), Microsoft Azure services, and enterprise integration frameworks. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions between D365 and other enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, third-party APIs, legacy systems). - Define integration architecture, patterns, and standards based on business and technical needs. - Use Microsoft tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Dataverse for scalable integration delivery. - Manage and guide development teams in building custom connectors, data flows, and secure API gateways. - Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and functional consultants to ensure alignment of integration strategies with business goals. - Oversee integration-related testing, data migration, and error-handling frameworks. - Monitor and maintain integration performance, reliability, and security. - Lead code reviews, technical documentation efforts, and integration release planning. - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and integration specialists. - Support ongoing D365 enhancements and post-go-live integration needs. MUST have Skills : - Focus on backend development and data management - Implement data migration strategies - Develop and maintain APIs and integrations- Perform performance tuning and optimization - Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions. - Must have at-least 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services, Case Management) - Dynamics 365 hands-on knowledge, building complex Customizations and integrations - Hands on experience with Azure and D365 Integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs and SSIS.) - Must have experience with plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript, and complex integrations using APIs - Experience with .Net Programming - Good to have experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Power BI Domain : Banking (ref:hirist.tech)
