Python Lead - Django/Flask

Job Title : Python Lead Developer. Experience : 10-14 years. Location : Delhi NCR. Budget : Up to 35 LPA. Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days. Job Summary : We are looking for a highly experienced Python Lead Developer with a strong background in backend development, team leadership, and software architecture. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in software development with a primary focus on Python and modern web/backend frameworks. You will lead a team of developers, drive the design and development of scalable solutions, and ensure best practices are followed across the engineering Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex backend systems using Python. - Manage a team of developers; mentor junior members and conduct code reviews. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality software. - Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and software engineering best practices. - Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions. - Work with DevOps and cloud engineers to ensure smooth CI/CD and deployment processes. - Monitor performance and scalability, and propose optimizations and enhancements. - Ensure high code quality and timely delivery within defined Skills Required : - Expert in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). - Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiar with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). - Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms. - Version control using Qualifications : - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. - Exposure to frontend technologies (React/Angular) is a plus. - Agile/Scrum methodology experience. - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
