The role of the Technical Advisor is to advise and support the Broiler Farm Managers, along with maintaining a good relationship with external and internal suppliers. The role of the Technical Advisor is to advise and support the Broiler Farm Managers, along with maintaining a good relationship with external and internal suppliers. The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Broiler technical support to customers Customer liaison, and farm visits Manage customers production improvement plans Optimize the genetic potential of the Ross 308 bird Client management support Sales and marketing of DOC Achieving sales targets Preparing Customer Complaint Reports, and monthly credits Compiling sales reports and 7 day mortality data The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: Must have a formal tertiary qualification 10 to 15 years experience in broiler management Computer literate Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Able to communicate in IsiZulu will be an added advantage Passionate, performance driven, with a high degree of self-motivated A team player that is pro-active and able to work accurately and independently High level of personal and professional integrity Committed to service excellence and attention to detail A self-starter, with a friendly disposition Must have own transport and be willing to travel across the Province,
